Grand Blanc Community Schools Calendar 2026-2027

Grand Blanc Community Schools serves a large suburban area through many elementary schools, two middle schools, and one comprehensive high school. East Middle and West Middle preserve two communities for grades 6–8, but both ultimately converge at Grand Blanc High School. This arrangement keeps the middle-school experience more local while concentrating the district’s broadest academic, career, arts, athletic, and extracurricular resources at one high-school hub.

Bobcat Innovation is an umbrella for several learning formats whose grade spans are not identical. Online learning is available across K–12, hybrid learning currently serves grades 2–5, and the in-person project-based STEAM program serves grades 2–8. Families therefore need to match the specific format—not only the Bobcat Innovation name—to the student’s grade and desired balance of home and campus learning.

Grand Blanc Early College uses a five-year high-school and college plan. Eligible students remain connected to district graduation requirements while building college credit through a formal partnership. It is a later, college-linked commitment rather than another everyday K–12 delivery format.

The main physical route remains two middle schools feeding one comprehensive high school. Bobcat Innovation opens several alternative formats at different ages, while Early College gives older students an extended finish tied to postsecondary study.
